At Jaz Hand Made, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our artisanal fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your unique piece, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unworn item in its original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and artisanal labels are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio inspects the garment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
